There are some additional changes to the RuneScape patch, including a new, temporary instanced Version of Senntisten Asylum. The new version will be available throughout the month of April. The Asylum is able to hold six participants, which means it will be assigned an instance for RS Gold the seventh person to enter. The rest of the arrangements are the same as usual, however the facility will be accessible in order to facilitate the flow.
